SOUP:
Beef and Barley, served with Hard Roll.
QUICHE:
Ham and Cheese, served with Fruit Salad and Hard Roll.
ENTREE:
Pot Roast over Rice, served with Hard Roll.
SANDWICH:
Ham, Seasoned Avocado, and Havarti, on Buttered Hoagie.
We bake peaches into 3 layers of yellow cake, then pour a tres leches over the layers. In between the layers is a Bavarian cream with peaches folded in and iced in a peach Bavarian cream icing.
